Where is the best place to find angel investors for a startup venture. Venture consists of entertainment/small food opp.

Looking to open outdoor/indoor surf entertainment venue with outdoor dining available in high traffic area. Small Retail store for related items also. Beach vicinity is a must.
Profitable models exist already. Probaly areas are west coast or southern states depending on market study of area.

There's http://angel.co/ to be matched up with seed investors online. I'd also explore local angel networks; they usually host regular pitch events where you can sign up for a time slot to present your business idea to a room of angels. These typically have a fee in order to stop everyone and their mother from presenting, but be wary of unusually high fees.
