How fast can a firm design a 28 page catalogue?

When designing a catalouge that contains just under 100 products, how fast can a design firm complete the book?

It all depends on how much detail you want to include, the ease of the program, how you want things laid out, etc etc.There are many contributing factors; your best bet is to find a design firm that you want to work with, and work with them to find the most efficient way to produce your catalog.
