Contact your local BAR association for low cost help. Not only will you have a good shot at low cost help you can begin to develop a relationship with a local Business attorney that may well be needed in the future. Often the direct local help is equal or near in price to the online sites. See www.abanet.org/ .

Additionally this group offers assistance to non-profits: www.msuscno.org.

AND learn more about any legal group at the top legal site: http://www.martindale.com/

Lastly your local SCORE Chapter may be also able to help. See www.score.org and use the FIND SCORE option. Most Chapter's are aware of local services that are focused to the needs of small business.
