Co-Partner of Fine Dining Restaurant
A co-partner with capital to co-manage a franchised restaurant or retail in the Huntsville/Madison Area:
Splitting up responsibilities is negotiable, but I do not have experience in the food side of the business (developing menus, finding the right cook, ordering from key suppliers, etc..). I am willing to learn, but finding the right cook/service team is not my expertise yet. I can be highly envolved in the business aspect, advertising/marketing, training, bills, regulations, etc..
I am looking for a co-partner that is willing to put in time to make it a successful fine dining restaurant and works well with others with great conflict resolution skills.

Position Requirements
1. Must have capital, as the restaurant I am looking at requires a $250K-$300K minumum prior to financing the rest.
2. Preferably Restuarant Experience (fine dining), either as a head waiter or executive cook.
3. Human Resource experience (hiring/firing/training).

I have lived in Atlanta for 11 years but recently moved to Huntsville, AL. My wife and I would like to start a restaurant or retail business here. We have a couple ideas of what we would like to see here in Huntsville that are not here yet, but we do not have the capital needed to start a business.
