Partner Coffee House
I am looking essentially for a partner to go into this existing business with me. The numbers look good; I simply need down payment financing. You would be a 50/50 partner with me running the store. No hands on involvement in required of you, however, you are of course more than welcome to work the store if you wish.

Company is a fully functional Coffee retail business with many other drinks and sandwiches sold daily. It nets roughly 70K per year with expenses in the 45K range. All of the equipment in included in the sale as well as bean raosting equipment.
The wholesale side of the business is growing and I think there is endless potential there with both the Internet and local sales.
