Director of Business Development
I am looking for a great sales person that is willing to enter into Desert Rain Software as a commission only sales person. We have a great set of products and services that are easily sold. I am looking for this because it seems that every time I hire a salaried sales person, they meet my expectations for about a month, and then their sales dwindle. I would like to work with a commission only sales manager to build our sales department. I feel this position could easily develop into salary/commission, but that a truly dedicated sales person and successful one, should be able to work on only commissions.

Position Requirements

Desert Rain Software is an existing software development firm in Glendale, Arizona. We have established a small foothold in the local area and are trying to expand. There are a great deal of opportunities for businesses of our size that can keep overhead expenses down and offer good service at lower prices. We have a number of contacts in large corporations such as home depot, hughes supply, etc. I am currently seeking a new business partner to assist in better management of the company, and to help us expand into new market ideas. We currently have several large projects under way to enter into new markets and need to build more stability to support these projects. The company has been in business for about 7 1/2 years.
