Financial Advisor
The individual would loan Desert Rain Software $25,000.00 utilizing the virginmoneyusa.com system (for more information visit the site) to control repayment and terms (for fairness and ease of calculation), as well as the exchange of 5% equity in Desert Rain Software. We would also like this person to act as a sounding board for our financial goals and to act as something of an advisor for big financial decisions. We will pay the advisor hourly for any time used for advice. The hourly amount is negotiable. As a 5% owner they will also receive a 5% payment from profit on a quarterly basis as well as reporting on profits and expenditures.
