Company Overview
The company is a new social shopping site that will be similar to Jellyfish.com, which was acquired by MSFT for around $90M last year.
The difference between us and Jellyfish.com is that our social shopping site will utilize widgets placed on retailers sites instead of requiring users to shop directly from our site. Our revenue model will also be a bit different from the Jellyfish.com model in that we'll be treating our customers more like strategic partners. We will also offer a dramatically improved social networking experience.
