Responsibilities include determining platform architecture, development tools to be leveraged, strategic direction and development of the company's web based platform, features and functionality, and future development of additional features. Individual responsible for managing the product development team and working with management to address product development requirements, goals and more.

Position Requirements
8 - 10+ years software engineer / web developer
Background of end to end development and management experience of data driven applications,
Great understand of rich internet application development
Great understanding of both client and server side development tools and strategies
Understanding of the latest Web 2.0 development tools and strategies
Innovative approach with results oriented focus
Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly to lead product development team
