Co-Founder

This co-founder level position will be responsible for driving the overall product definition, user experience and online marketing of Newco's product line. Initially, it will be hands-on job without a large team.

Newco is a startup company with no established brand and no established customer base. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment in internet companies - ideally at the founder level.

Position Requirements
- systematically identifying the key consumer needs in a given vertical
- interactive web application product definition - strong understanding of SEO and its impact on product design
- A/B or multivariate testing and metrics driven product design
- direct and online consumer research
has been the key driver behind a rapidly growing consumer web application
- has experience in building a community of users around a vertical area of interest
