We are looking for a co-founding partner who is an expert at building robust data driven web applications.

This is a part time position (15-20hrs/week) initially, evolving to a full time role after series A funding. All founders' initial compensation will be equity only until series A funding, at which point they will be expected to move to a full time role with cash salary + stock options + comprehensive benefits package.

Position Requirements
a. Excellent programmer with solid fundamentals, and intuitive grasp of technology
b. Fast learner, not scared of unknown, and ability to figure out things for themselves.
c. Self motivated and self managing
d. Great work ethics and conscientious about their work
e. Expert in web apps (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, php/ruby/equivalent) and databases on LAMP platform or similar.
f. Some knowledge or ability to quickly learn about building scalable hosted services, XML and related technologies
