This position will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy of engineering-architectural oversea outsourcing service and to be the best technical architectural designing supporter for the projects in China.
We are a startup company with no established brand and no established customer base. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably within the engineering-architectural industry.
The ideal candidate will also be excellent at creating and motivating teams, as this position will be responsible for creating and developing the marketing team for us from scratch, which will involve hiring and managing the entire marketing team.

Now I can handle the CADD drawings, renderings, animation, website design, graphic design,I know how to organize the local people to do the task and be their supervisor. At mean while, I have been developing the Chinese architectural design market, and so far we getting more and more project coming. Now I desire to meet someone who is good at the outsourcing marketing exploration in U.S.A. and also can become my project technical supporter in China to creat bright future together.
