Position Requirements
CEO must have experiences in hi-tech industry, startup needs, taking products to US and international markets, negotiate licensing contracts with mobile phone OEM's and ODM's such as Motorola, Nokia, LG... and preferably live in Orlando area of Florida.
CFO must be to invest in the company for equity, is familiar with startup needs and lives in Orlando area of Florida.
Board members must be familiar with taking company from startup to acquisition/IPO.
