CEO
Ideal co-founder/partner would be a person who is willing to provide sweat equity or investment dollars and has been engaged in the startup and operations of MPSPS franchise business ventures.
Their leadership and industry contacts will be important in recruiting other investors and team members who will assist in putting together the franchise business plan and system, writing the franchise operations manual, coordinating market research, preparing and filing legal documents, implementation of the franchise system in a pilot store, etc.
Besides setting up and operating 2-4 franchise business pilot MPSPS stores, test marketing the concept, and working to streamline the business process, the co-founder/partner and team members would be intimately involved in the business development and growth of the new company.
