CTO/Software Engineer

Currently seeking an equity partner to assist in development of a concept operating system. I have all of the functionality documented, and need someone that can bring the project to life.

Initially it will mainly be documentation in order to identify and protect the Intellectual Property. After either the system will be built out or we will seek funding.

Some general things that are preferred to build on the requirements:
- Live in South Florida. I am willing to build with someone outside the area, but in person meetings are always helpful.
- Have time to devote to the project. Please do not contact me if you are not ready or able to make a serious commitment.
- Able to move at a lightening quick pace. This project is way overdue, and the industry is hot for it right NOW.

Position Requirements
Must:
- Programmer with experience in many different areas. I am looking for a jack of all trades, not an expert in any one language.
- Experience in properly documenting specs, processes, and functions.
- Manage all aspects of the project from a programming standpoint including being able to properly negotiate outsourcing, freelancers, and others involved in the project.
- Be ready and able to read, sign, fax back, and abide by the NDA.
- Be realistic with equity requests and expectations.
