I and my immediate family members have an extensive background in the restaurant business, we are looking for an investor for a family style restaurant similar to this one located in Rochester New York: http://www.carminesfamilyrestaurant.com/menu.asp In the Vieira/Melbourne area there is allot of chain restaurants that are time consuming and expensive, this concept would make their own bread, pizza and offer a great casual family atmosphere for a reasonable price. The key employees are skilled in their trades and would fall into position easily; my skills include accounting, cooking and general manager. We are looking for startup money, equipment can be purchased cheaply over the internet. We are looking for an angel investor.
