Lead Web Developer

I am looking for a web developer to partner up with to head the company's technologies operations. You will be employee #2 and will have equity.

Position Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and build front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Assist in developing server systems
- Create web applications primarily in PHP
- Knowledge in AJAX, C++, Perl, Python and Java
- Interpersonal and communication skills (you will be assisting in hiring)
- Entrepreneurial drive, vision and heart!
