Manager

My responsabilities are to make the clients happy and fidelize them, make a successful business, hire the right people in commissions + bonuses, 100% customer satisfaction, sale retail products, and the end of the day, check all merchandise (products, etc). Do a close and count how much we made, In charge of running the business, and do the pre and post sale with customers.In charge of provide them with my knowledge, products, and equipment necessary to work.
My partner will just have to provide me with the commercial location (lease for one year, renovating) and pay for the advertising to bring more clients.
