Company Overview
My company currently provides software and database (desktop, server, and web) applications to the Southwest Florida area. It's focus has been primarily on projects that did not require short deadlines so that work could be accomplished while I worked full-time for another company.
Now that I have a better understanding of the local market and have the skills, both technical and management to make this successful, I'd like to push this first to a full-time company, then to predominance in the the local area, then the state.
I am looking for financial backing and objective management advice as we take this company to the next step.
