Positions Include:
Partner: I'm looking for a partner to establish additional RebateRentals.com physcial locations wherein each location will be a stand alone company which a shared business model.
Marketing/Sales: Establish key stategic partnerships with other Real Estate Corps. and Apartment REITs.
Operations: Develop the propety managment business unit and eventually spin this off as a seperate company whereby RebateRentals.com is a customer. PM company would sell its services to other Real Estate Corps.
Business Development: Refine and maximize the buiness model to that of the furture direction of Residential Real Estate. Play a key role in establishing new office locations. Play a key role in developing relationships with strategic partners.

Previous operational experience in related disciplines necessary to successfully carry out job functions.
