Looking for a developer for a job search website with similar functionality to that of a monster.com or a hotjobs.com that caters to a certain niche of job seekers and employers which is not currently well represented on the Web. Need assistance with everything from end to end, including site spec, database development, graphic design (if available) and site maintenance. I believe the idea is a very viable niche play, but I don't have the programming expertise (and would rather not outsource entire development) to create the site.
