Co-owner/Co-founder of Web Hosting Company

I'm looking for a co-owner/co-founder for a new web hosting company. This position will be responsible for help with upkeep, administration, decision making, and support. This position is for the life of the business and needs a committed person. Someone local is not required, but good English is a must as well as be accessable via fast forms of communication such as IM or phone. You get paid as the profit comes. It'd be great if some help with start up funding could be provided (About $40 or so needed) and it may speed up the start-up process, but is not required. The potential for good income is great with proper work ethic!

Position Requirements
I'm looking for someone with general knowledge of web hosting and experience with servers and Linux optional. This position would be helping run the site, giving support, and making some administrative decisions. I don't need people who won't help with decision making and tell me to pick. Also, I'd be appreciated if you could help share a bit of the startup expenses (Under $50), but not required.
