Consulting Partner

Primarily the person we are looking for will be able to conduct training and consulting services for our small risk and crisis management training and consulting company. Most of our work is in the food and beverage and consumer goods area.
The person will be provided with training materials but will need experience in high level security, risk management or crisis management to apply materials to suit client needs.
Perhaps as importantly though we are looking for someone with some entrepeneurial spirit that is interested in growing with the business and eventually taking some ownership in the Company.
Compensation will be based on business generated - by us and by you. This is not a salaried position. We are negotiable as to how we structure the arrangement ie as a sub-contractor to start.

Position Requirements
The person we are looking for will be a great communicator and facilitator rather than a technical expert in risk management. Some form of formal training in security, risk management or public relations is desirable however.
The person will use their experience to illustrate and apply our concepts and provide solutions to our clients.
