I have delvolped a new restaurant design concept. I have secured a prime location and need a business partner to help finance the opening of the resturant. I will give a partner half of the businnes for help in financing. The location is on the border of an university campass. There are over 20,000 households within 2 miles. The concept of the restaurant is new and has not been done before. it will cater to the university students and will have mostly walk up traffic. It is a full service sit down restaurant the will have a unique decore not yet found in Valdosta. Profit outlook is very good. Start up cost very low.
