Founded in 1969 as an experiment to resolve 5 innercity challenges of 1-School dropouts 2-Drug abuse 3-Crime & Violence 4-Prison inmate rehabilitation and 5-Creation of innercity entrepreneurs. Although we began with only 75.00 and 2 students, within the first 10 years we were servicing more than 15,000 patrons PER MONTH until Harlem politicians razed The Tree of Life Building in 1980 bankrupting us. This is a much needed project and is potentially VERY profitable.
