Originally listing every buiness in Alpharetta for free in the online business directory (yellow pages)Our revenue was made by selling banner ads and upgraded listings (with links to website and/or coupon) to local businesses.
The potential is there also for Classified ads section, For Sale by Owner section, Coupon section and an online Menu layout for local restaurants.
I tried handling the business alone, but it has too much potential for one person. I can handle the webmaster duties, but I need a person that can sell (and eventually manage 5 sales people)
