You will be in charge of the legal/accounting (I have no knowledge of the US laws or accounting practices) and for the rest, it depends of your profile. I would be in charge of the sales and of the management of the 3D graphists team (they can work at home 50% of the time).

My ex boss runs a startup specialized in the development of real time 3D modelisation for urbanism/architecture. They developed their own 3D engine and their goal is now to licence it.
I would like to find a partner in the US to help me develop a business based on their technology. We need freelance 3D graphists + you for the knowledge of the US market.
For my actual job i met many real estate developers (sometimes for $200m+ projects), they would be really interested by this 3D modelisation.
