Acquisition Specialist

This position requires the ability to think independently, while also remaining very creative and open-minded. You will be collecting information about different cities and counties of several states. Daily contact with land owners, real estate brokers, attorneys, and city officials will be part of daily routine. We are a very entrepreneurial company, so new ideas are very welcome. Help with financing and locating partners and investors will be part of job duties. Rewards are huge for the right individuals.

Position Requirements
Absolutely must have a positive, up-beat, can-do attitude. Must be able to think outside the box. Real estate experience would be nice, but the willingness to try something new is most beneficial. Willingness to work independently and treat others with the utmost respect is very important. Organizational skills would be a huge bonus. Great phone, computer, and writing skills are required.
