Account Exec/Sales Exec/possibly PM
Seeking someone would win business first and foremost. Ideally they would also be able to gather requirements and do some project management (the last two are negotiable - we might be able to find someone else to do the last two).
The compensation would simply be a share of the profits. It would be almost all profit initially, since there are almost no overheads (we would have a virtual office).

I am a very experienced Java Architect/Developer. I have assembled a unique application architecture, built from open-source technologies, that makes Java web apps extremely easy to develop and maintain (on a par with .Net, only without the costs of .Net).
I have also developed a rapid application development (RAD) tool that automates 80% of the building of web apps using this architecture. As a result, I can do the work of a team of 4 programmers, in half the time.
I would like to tap into the IT consulting market in Chicago, using these tools to deliver high-quality custom web apps to clients with very quick turnaround.
Looking for IT sales/BA/PM type person with consulting experience to win the business and split the profits.
