Co-Founder / Sales Manager / Director of Marketing

Seeking a co-founder or manager/executive with sales and marketing experience.

As a co-founder, the person will be responsible for all pre-launch startup operations. This may include sourcing IT infrastructure, working with developers on software and website, sourcing promotional products, advertising sales to consumer product companies, working on strategic and tactical marketing plans, handling vendor and customer relationships, and anything else that may be necessary.

As a sales or marketing manager, the person will initially be making direct sales to Fortune 500 and large consumer product companies. This may involve developing additional sales literature, delivering sales presentations, significant travel, and closing deals. This person may also be responsible for strategic and tactical marketing plans targeting Generation Y through online, television and print mediums.

Position Requirements
-A sales or marketing manager must have direct experience selling to large consumer product companies.
-Sales background with at least 5 yrs of experience.
-High level contacts to sell advertisements.
-Travel as needed to deliver sales presentations and close deals.
-Experience doing market research and implementing tactical plans.

A co-founder should have all or most of the experience above and in addition must have previous experience as an entrepreneur or in an early stage startup.
