I would develop this application with my existing engineering team. A working demo/version can be developed in 2-3 months. A commercial version can be compled in 6-9 months. I would focus on product development. You would focus on the business side. Your role would be selling the concept.Your responsibilities also would include raising capital once a working version is available. Initial time commitment will be minimal. But closer to going live increased commitment is required.
