Responsibilities would vary. Primary need is funding or partner with experience in private funding. If someone wishes to become more involved that would be fine; however, I feel I have most of the necessary skills and could contract other services as needed.
Long term involvement would be minimal as this is primarly a start-up funding need. I would not be involved in day-to-day operations either after first 3-5 years.

In my position as a financial planner I have many pre-retired/retired clients and have become aware of a shortage of suitable housing options for seniors who seek an indepenent lifestyle but no longer wish to maintain a home. This shortage will increase as the population ages and people live longer lives.
I have the expertise to design, market, staff, and manage such a facility. I am primarily seeking investors or partners with experience in private funding.
I am also a real estate investor and manage several multi-unit properties and another business all of which I own.
