Have a fairly well-developed business plan for evolution of the business. Looking to assemble a management team to be comprised of, at a minimum, an early childhood fine arts or music educator - background in curriculum development would be ideal, a retail expert experienced with startups, product procurement, forecasting, etc., a software developer.
