Real Estate Business Partner Sought

I would like to develop a real estate project partner relationship where the organization would syndicate midsize multifamily commercial real estate deals. I am capable of setting up the structures and providing many of the resources to accomplish the syndications.

The following is my project partner wish list, and I recognize that a project partner may only possess qualifications in some of these areas:

1. Currently self employed and able to devote approximately 20 hours
2. Some real estate experience current or past
3. A business person who has earned well over $100000 per year and has a net worth of over $1M. Commercial lenders want to see this.
5. Exceedingly reliable and committed to service (ie. return all communications that same day).

Position Requirements
There are essentially three basic ways that an individual can provide useful assistance

The person sought should be a focused reliable and dedicated professional, and 1 of the following 3
1 The person has some real estate experience, and meets the commercial lenders net worth requirement or
2 The person is an expert in acquiring multifamily commercial real estate, or
3 The person has a viable network of investors that can be utilized in the sale of our real estate investment offerings
