Founded in 1983, our company is a major regional provider of DC Power and industrial batteries for the telecom, data center and industrial lift truck markets. With over $5mm in sales, we offer full 24 x 7 services and EF & I for these applications. We are now looking for a working partner or investor to replace a retiring minority owner and bring added skills in service management or finance. Growth over the next few years is expected to be especially dramatic, especially with the new FCC 07-107 Rules that mandate the length of time that telecommunication providers must be able to provide service on backup power.
