Position Requirements
I am seeking entreprenurial, open-minded, creative partners experienced
in some aspect of retail food service, grocery, restaurant, and/or catering.
Experience with organics and local sourcing a plus. Past start-
up experience is a plus but not required.

Company Overview
This is a market and cafe to be located in a thriving neighborhood of
Chicago (a site has been found and contract is underway). The first
location will be a 5,000 square foot space housing an abbreviated grocery
market and well as a casual cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and early dinner.
The cafe will make use of the area's wide sidewalks and offer outdoor
seating in the warmer months. To capture business beyond the
neighborhood, the cafe will offer lunch catering services targeting
Chicago-area businesses.
