We are all familiar with Hybrid Cars
My idea is basically similar, but instead of cars, we will be converting Homes, Buildings, Apartments,etc to run Solar Energy. It will cut down on energy cost of homes, but will still need the use of some electric source. Overtime, it will save home owners money, especially public buildings. Everyone will want to jump in this band wagon, that is why big bussiness partneship is needed.
