Investor will need to approve things and study any license agreements presented.
A willingness to do his share of necessary work. Must work amicably with me. Please remember time is relevant.
Inventor/investor will be needed to check on original creation date patent acquired from company that was assisting.
Decisions must be timely. I'm all on my own, and will value any assistance.
