Company Overview
Starting a specialty foods business to serve the booming appetite of middle- and upper-class India. Nascent stage right now, am open to considering multiple formats (e.g., stand-alone store, distributor, importer) and/or products (e.g., foods, wine). Want to eventually grow this into a lifestyle company.
The brilliant thing about the new India is that the growth is so immense, there will always be room for you to enter the market. I am a Boston-based Indian-American, and have studied the consumer market for many years now.
I'm looking for someone who's driven, fun to work with, and has experience in the specialty food\ industry. Familiarity with the Indian market is a plus, but not necessary by any means.
