I'm working on the final Beta release of a web 2.0 application and I'm looking for someone to take a serious stake into the business.

Should be ready to go on day one. Will work with me on management and all phases of initial start-up including procurement of funding.

Position Requirements
Should have a background in Software or Application Development for the web, an untamed desire to create something big and extensive management skills.

Experience with start-ups and procuring funding.
