Partner / operations manager
The candidate may start as a consultant with a view to become partner in the new e-business. Responsibilities will include designing a business plan, developing a financing strategy, developing an e-marketing strategy, participating in the site development, recruiting personnel mainly for the web site development and maintenance, and sharing in the day to day operation of the e-business.

Position Requirements
The candidate may reside anywhere in the US. A proven track record of launching start-ups, or the equivalent qualifications, are required. An interest and/or past experience in education, music, child psychology, and customer relations especially with parents is a plus but is not required. We are looking for a person with a positive, conscious outlook on life, and an energetic, take-charge, visionary personality. A good sense of humor doesn't hurt either.
