Position Summary
As a partner of the existing team, you will lead the web development effort in a highly, fast-paced environment. This is a hard work, high rewards assignment with remuneration in cash and equity.

Responsibilities
- Use knowledge and technical expertise to build the architecture and design of a community website
- Provide detailed design specifications and drive creation of the website

Position Requirements
- Work experience in web development for online marketplaces or web collaboration environments
- Expert in large scale web application and multi-tier system development
- At least 2 years experience leading large design efforts
- Good writing and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with PHP, Html, Sql, Perl, Apache, Javascript
