Business Partner - Web Developer/PHP

I am looking for one or two partners depending on the skill set that will help to develop this internet based business.
Web Developer - A developer will be utilizing PHP/MYSQL for application development. The individual will be responsible for website development, and bringing ideas to the table and being able to execute on those ideas.

Marketing/Business Development - A person with expertise in internet marketing and In addition I am seeking someone that can assist in marketing

Position Requirements
Minimum 4 years of programming experience and at least 2 years of PHP programming against a relational database preferably MYSQL. Expertise in website security and optimization is a plus.
Person must have an entrepreneur mentality and a desire to develop a business from ground up.

Individual should not be afraid to fail and be willing to take risks and do what it takes to get the job done.
