I am seeking a partner with the skills necessary to start and grow an IT consulting business. I am a new company, therefore I need to develop a strategy and a plan for action. I work full time and have no problems working with someone who also works full time. I'm seeking someone to perform market research as well as assist with a marketing and business development strategy.
