Although the position is a Virtual Position and it is preferable if the person is based anywhere in the Washington DC Metro or Baltimore area.

Position Requirements
The Person must be experienced in helping start up companies raise equity capital from angel, private or VC investors.
Will help creating in a corporate structure, valuation procudure where inevstors will comfortable in investing.
As a Virtual CFO Manage all corporate governance aspects of the company and coordinate with investors, bankers and other ententies involved.
Must be well connected in the investor community.
