This position will be responsible for driving the overall Internet marketing strategy of Problem Property Solutions,Inc. as well as performing the initial day-to-day direct mail marketing tasks.

Problem Property Solutions is a startup company with 8 years veteran experience in the real estate industry. It will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a risk adverse occupation as well as in a startup environment, preferably in the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will also be excellent at finance/budgeting and the building and management of teams and systems.
