Founder and CEO

This position will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy of Artistic Cleaning Services as well as performing the initial day-to-day marketing tasks.
Artistic is a startup company with no established brand and no established customer base. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably within the cleaning business.
The ideal candidate will also be excellent at creating and motivating teams, as this position will be responsible for creating and developing the marketing team for Artistic from scratch, which will involve hiring and managing the entire marketing team.

Position Requirements
4 year degree
3-5 years of interior decorating experience
At least 4 years of marketing management experience
Familiarity with cleaning industry highly desired
Willing to travel
