This position will be resposible for driving the overall marketing strategy of Rock Star as well as performing the initial day today marketing tasks. However...I have created a stealth approach to marketing to keep the overhead down. Most investors need every single deal because they spend $10K-$15K a month in advertising. I can cherry pick the very best deals. (quality over quantity) so your marketing responsibilities are minimal. What is more important is the business management and cashflow management skills you bring to the company. Rock Star V.I.P. is a startup company with no established brand or customer base. as such, it will be essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably with in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should also be excellent at creating solutions for problems. problem solving skills are essential.

I do have somebody with accounting and finance experience lined up, so If you have excess cash but no TIME,(i.e.doctors and attourneys) that's o.k. we can work with that... you can still become a partner with 20% ownership stake in the company, while also earning interest on your loan
