I am a software engineer thats getting into business. I have multiple marketable web application ideas that I want to turn into reality. My ideas are up for discussion, I always try to improve upon them. I am looking to create a team! The types of people I am looking for is Ruby on Rails Developers, Marketers, Graphic designers (with modern web styles/standards), CPA, Legal assistance(Intellectual Property, Securities, Business-related), and business mentor/consultant.
