Invest in Real Estate Guide is a new publication for Twin City property investors. The magazine has a circulation of 25k and is available monthly at over 850 high traffic locations. It is complemented with a monthly electronic guide featuring articles from top local experts. We are unique in that we are the only publication in the Twin Cities that soley focuses on attracting this core audience. With the current market conditions as they are, interest in investing in real estate is at an all time high, however many people are skeptical to jump in blindfolded. We are bridging that gap. With a year under our belt, we now have plans to expand nationally. We are in search of a partner to help us grow.
